A Czech company has developed a modern telephone system that is composed of the following parts: the country database of information about telephone networks,
the tester of reliability and quality of fixed, mobile and VoIP telephone networks,
the country central telephone peering node, the public web telephone portal,
the client SW for maintenance centre and date interfaces for operators.
The Centre of Telephone Networks will be operated in every country and will be linked
to international telephone centre. Together, the centres of telephone networks will make
a complex of parallel telephone networks. So far, xPhoNet is run in Czech Republic and Slovakia. Now, the company is looking for partners in other EC member states able to operate xPhoNet on wholesale licence basis.
The xPhoNet service is provided by means of NMC PhoNet 9000 telephone system.
The intellectual property to xPhoNet and PhoNet technical solution is in exclusive ownership of company ProTel engineering, spol. s r.o. (Ltd.). The intellectual property to xPhoNet and PhoNet trademark, in its word and graphical appearance, is in ownership
